We're Sydney based and always thrilled to connect and cup with roasters - whether they're just around the corner or visiting from interstate. Every visit kicks off with a walk through our warehouse, offering a behind-the-scenes glimpse into our operations. It's always a fascinating experience and a great way to share what makes us tick.
West Ryde Head Office
Our West Ryde office is the hub for our management, sales, finance and customer support teams. It’s where the essential work happens—from forward bookings and customer orders to contracts, support and hosting key suppliers and customers from across Australia and around the world.
Diego and Lisa are the go-to team for customer care; handling everything from orders to general enquiries in a way thats efficient and friendly. Reddy oversees all origin contracts and purchasing, working closely with our origins and shippers. Nerma keeps our front desk running smoothly and manages the intricacies of shipping logistics.
Our Finance team is led by Jessie, with Hong as the primary contact for payments and account queries, supported by Milan.
Huntingwood Quality Lab & Warehouse
Our Quality Lab is where the magic of coffee truly happens. Located at our Huntingwood warehouse, it’s the domain of Dariusz and Samson who meticulously monitor and cup all incoming coffees, as well as evaluating offer and pre-shipment samples. Every sample is tracked through Cropster and cupping profiles are consistently roasted on our two Roest units to ensure precision and repeatability.
The Lab is where we explore blend development, assess coffees for roasters and conduct sensory audits on current stock to ensure quality and consistency across all our coffees.
Also based at Huntingwood is our powerhouse production team, Anthony and Pradip. All production is carefully planned with blends completed on time before being despatched to roasters nationally. Blending capacity is over twenty tonnes per day; something Anthony and Pradip do frequently!
